Smoking area
Smoking is only allowed in the inner garden. Use the exit next to the elevator on Floor 0.
Penalty for smoking inside: 200 EUR.
Garbage
Waste bins are in the inner garden. Use the exit next to the elevator. Black bins are for mixed waste.
About Residence 44
Residence 44 is a smart contactless residence with private apartments and PIN access. Traditional hotel services such as daily housekeeping, room service, on-site breakfast and 24/7 reception are not part of the standard stay, so guests can enjoy more privacy and independence.

Check-out process
Please complete online check-out in Alfred. Use the 6-digit reservation code you received from us.
- Turn off all lights.
- Dispose of garbage and food or groceries.
- Check the safe box and drawers for belongings.
- Close the door.
Service during your stay

For stays of 5 nights or more, one free mid-stay cleaning with towel change is provided. Please arrange the date and convenient time with support in advance.
Daily cleaning is not included. Extra cleaning can be arranged on request for EUR 20.
Luggage storage
The luggage storage room is on Floor -1, accessible by stairs next to the elevator on Floor 0.
To use luggage storage on arrival or departure day, contact us in advance between 14:00 and 22:00. We will prepare a temporary access code.
Last-minute storage outside office hours cannot be guaranteed.

Safe box
A safe is available in every apartment. Residence 44 is not responsible for valuables left unattended.
The safe is usually left locked with the bolts extended. To use it, first set your personal code, then unlock the bolts with the same code.
Keypad
Use digits 0-9 and button B to save or open your code.
Locked position
If the metal bolts are extended, set your personal code first, then unlock them with the same code.
Type A: red button on the back side
The red button is on the inside/back side of the open door, near the hinge side.
Type B: red button under the cover
The red button is on the back side of the open door, under a small cover.
- Open the safe door and find the red reset button.
- Press the red button once, enter your own 3-8 digit code and press B.
- Enter the same code again, press B and turn the handle to unlock the bolts.
- To open the safe later, enter your code, press B and turn the handle.
- Leave the safe open before check-out.

Street parking on Pobřežní street:
- Free from 20:00 to 08:00.
- Free on Saturday and Sunday.
- On weekdays from 08:00 to 20:00, parking costs CZK 60 per hour and is paid at the street parking meter.
For longer parking, you can use MR.PARKIT and search by our address. The closest option is Parking Rohanske nabrezi 670/17, usually from CZK 449 per 24 hours.

Public transport tickets
Travel only with a valid ticket. Stamp paper tickets before boarding or entering the metro area. Do not stamp a ticket again when transferring.
- 30-minute ticket: CZK 30
- 90-minute ticket: CZK 40
- 24-hour ticket: CZK 120
- 72-hour ticket: CZK 330
Children up to 15 and persons over 65 travel free with proof of age. Persons aged 60-65 may use half fare with valid proof.
The PID Lítačka app is useful for buying tickets, checking stops and planning routes across Prague.
Airport transfer
Private airport transfer can be arranged for arrival or departure. Please order at least 24 hours in advance. For departures, we recommend leaving Residence 44 about 2.5 hours before flight departure.
- 1-4 passengers: CZK 850 / EUR 35 per car
- 5-6 passengers: CZK 1200 / EUR 49 per car
To order, send arrival/departure date and time, flight number or destination city, payment method, and number of passengers.
How to get there by public transport
To Residence 44:
- From Prague Airport: take bus 100 to Zlicin, then metro line B to Krizikova. Residence 44 is about a 3-minute walk from the station.
- From the main train station: take metro line C to Florenc, change to line B and go one stop to Krizikova.
- From Florenc bus station: take metro line B one stop to Krizikova, or walk about 11 minutes.
From Residence 44:
- To the airport: from Krizikova take metro line B to Zlicin, exit E1, then bus 100 to Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
- To the main train station: from Krizikova go to Florenc, change to metro line C and continue to Hlavni nadrazi.
- To Florenc bus station: from Krizikova go one stop to Florenc, or walk about 11 minutes.
Prague sights

Prague Castle & St. Vitus Cathedral
A large castle complex above the city with St. Vitus Cathedral, courtyards, palaces and Golden Lane.
Tip: the castle grounds are free to walk through; tickets are needed for selected interiors.
Charles Bridge
The famous medieval pedestrian bridge between Old Town and Mala Strana, lined with statues and views of the Vltava.
Tip: go early in the morning for fewer people and better photos.
Old Town Square & Astronomical Clock
The historic heart of Prague with the Astronomical Clock on the Old Town Hall and views of Gothic and Baroque facades.
Tip: the clock show is short; the tower view is often the better experience.
Mala Strana & Kampa Island
A charming baroque district below Prague Castle with quiet streets, gardens, Lennon Wall and the Certovka canal.
Tip: good for a slower walk and a break from the busiest streets.
Petrin Hill & Lookout Tower
A green hill with gardens, city views, a lookout tower inspired by the Eiffel Tower and a mirror maze nearby.
Tip: take the funicular or walk up through the gardens when the weather is pleasant.
Vysehrad
A historic fortress above the Vltava with the Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul, a famous cemetery and peaceful views.
Tip: it is quieter than Prague Castle and very nice around sunset.
Modern Prague: Dancing House & David Cerny
For modern Prague, see the Dancing House and David Cerny's public art, including the rotating Franz Kafka head near Quadrio.
Tip: this works well as a short walk through New Town.
How to use the TV
Turn on the TV with the remote. If the screen stays black, check the power cable.
1. Press LIST
The LIST button opens the channel list. The yellow button opens Tuner Mode.
2. Press the yellow button
When the channel list appears, press the yellow button at the bottom of the remote.
3. Choose Antenna or Satellite
Antenna is for local channels. Satellite is for more international channels.
- Local channels are available through Antenna.
- More international channels are available through Satellite.
- To switch between them, press LIST on the remote control.
- When the channel list opens, press the yellow button on the remote.
- Choose Antenna for local channels or Satellite for satellite channels.
- Please do not change advanced TV settings.
If the TV still does not work, contact Residence 44 during contact hours.
